Strawberries, Liqueur & Mascarpone Cream


Ingredients:

Strawberries - 4-5 (quartered)
Cointreau or orange liqueur - 2 tbs
Orange Zest - finely grated - 1/2 tsp (grate orange skin in a grater)
Icing sugar - 1.5 tbs
Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
Mascarpone cheese - 1 tbs
Single cream - 1 tbs
Cinnamon or nutmeg powder - 1/2 tsp

Method:

Put strawberries, cointreau/liqueur, orange zest and 1tbs icing sugar in a bowl and mix together. cover and chill in the fridge for an hour till strawberry juices have run a little. bring it back to room temperature by keeping it out for some minutes. Just before serving, mix together the vanilla essence, 1/2 tsp of icing sugar, cream and whip it. Serve strawberry in a shot or desert glass and top it with the mascarpone cream. Sprinkle some nutmeg or cinnamon powder for garnish.

Looks like really mouth watering stuff. But can you also give some more details about the calories count so health conscious people can consume it more happily.
May be replace any extra high calorie ingredient with a lower one with same taste will also be a good idea.
