Chicken Kofta Curry

For meatballs:

minced chicken 1 lb
onion chopped 4 tbsp
green chilies chopped 1 tbsp
green coriander 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
red chili powder 1/2 tsp
all spice powder (garam masala powder) 1/2 tsp
yogurt water (usually yogurt release water, so use it)
gram flour (besan) 1 tbsp (optional)

For gravy:

fried onion 4 - 5 tbsp
yogurt 1 cup
salt 1 tsp
minced garlic 1 tsp
ginger paste 1 tsp
red chili powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
oil 1/4 - 1/2 cup
garam masala to sprinkle

Method:

Crush chopped onion, chopped green chilies and chopped coriander. In a mixing bowl, add crushed onion masala, salt, red chili powder and all spice powder and mix well. Add yogurt water or yogurt mix well. If you find mince is still hard to handle... add gram flour (baisan)... and mix well. With the help of oil make meat balls... keep it in the fridge meanwhile make a gravy
in a pan, add oil, fried onion, yogurt, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garlic and ginger....blend well with water... cook till oil come up... be careful with how much water you use because the kofta will give out water too.  Add meat balls.... turn the pot round... don't use spoon at this time... cook on high flame. Move pot round to turn the meat balls in the pot... till the first boil... cover and now cook on low heat. For 5 - 10 minutes...meat balls would be done in few minutes... just check the consistency of gravy... cook on high flame to reduce water or add some of you feel
Dish out and sprinkle some all spice powder... and serve with naan
